Ashima sold our house in 48 hours for $75k over asking price! On top of that, she was always on time, empathetic, knowledgable about pricing strategy, and gave specific instructions on which home improvements would maximize ROI and which weren't worth doing. We sold a duplex with tenants in place and Ashima was also excellent when dealing with the tenants. Highly recommended!

Ashima always went above and beyond as my seller's agent. Despite some challenges we faced, she was persistent and able to overcome them. Her communication skills and attention to detail are impeccable. If I could give her 6 stars I would, other people that she has worked with all speak highly of her.
