I never thought I'd be writing a review on a septic company...however, Keith is such an incredibly helpful guy! I had an issue in my house, and was completely unsure of who to call to help with the issue. I thought of him first, because other times he has been to my house he's helped with a few other unrelated things. I first spoke on the phone with him to describe the problem. He thought through it and suggested something for me to try. I tried it and it didn't work. He then came out to my house, looked around, checked the septic, and found there is a different issue that is causing the problem. He told me what the simple fix will be. I haven't yet done it - he literally left my house 30 minutes ago, but I felt compelled to write this to commend him for his resourcefulness, his positivity, and his eagerness to be a solution provider! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!
