My wife and I contracted with San-Ken to build our retirement home in Keene NH and we could not be happier with the finished product. Ken Lehtonen and his staff were very responsive to our questions during the build process and provided weekly 'photo updates' through the "Builder Trend" website, a big plus since we lived several states away and periodic visits to the site were not always possible. Construction stayed on schedule during the challenging winter months and we were able to close a week or two prior to the estimated completion date. As of the date of this review, we are six months into the occupancy of our new home and have no complaints. The build quality is superior inside-and-out. The building site created some additional challenges (significant rock ledge and boulder removal) but San-Ken held to the original contracted price. We were very lucky to find San-Ken at a time when other potential builders would not return our calls or emails. If we had to do it all other we would make San-Ken our first choice!
