Otter Creek Homes

As the team for Otter Creek is finishing up, you really are thinking, I just want my house back. We had a pretty major renovation. This group is professional, courteous, highly skilled construction and design group. We had some brain farts and they took the time (and again) to go over with us how the project was going, what we should be expecting and helped clarify the construction language to a lay person. When the project is all done you get to take time and marvel at what incredible work they did taking our plans and making them come alive. Their trades partners are also at the top of their game. We would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you Lauren, Chris and the Otter Creek team.

We were very fortunate to work with Otter Creek on our condo remodel. The entire team was professional, friendly and highly responsive. Their kitchen and bathroom design team was top notch and super efficient at turning our vision into a beautiful, highly functional design. We really appreciated their weekly updates and commitment to high quality work. When unexpected challenges came up they were creative and collaborative and quickly developed solutions that preserved our aggressive schedule and worked within our budget. We highly recommend Otter Creek!

Ottercreek homes exceeded our expectations, and our expectations were high! Our kitchen is a dream and so beautiful. Designers, Lauren and Erica were great to work with - very informative, professional and responsive. The team working in our home daily were kind, respectful and showed up daily as promised. The comminication was top notch, we were always informed on what to expect and next steps. We had a great experience working with OCH finishing our basement. The OCH team is exceptional at what they do at every step of the process, from initial design to project planning, management, carpentry and finish work. They use high quality materials, dont cut any corners, and were flexible with making adjustments as everything came together. The design process was fun and collaborative, and the on-site team was a pleasure to have in our home. They were respectful, immaculate and thoughtful every step of the way; helping us think through various decision points and keeping us informed throughout the project. Whenever we had a question or issue pop up, the OCH team responded immediately either by phone, email, text, or even coming by on a weekend to make sure it was handled. They over-communicate, and they do what they say, on-time and within budget. We cant say enough good things - highly recommend working with Otter Creek. They are a great company, and it was worth every penny. Well definitely be calling them again for future projects.

We are the owners of the Heath Drive project that OCH completed. We had an extensive reno job which included multiple bathrooms, our kitchen, a bar, laundry room and custom carpentry required for mudroom/ pantry/ fireplace and TV/Media space. We were looking for a partner in this big undertaking and we couldn't have been happier with the selection of OCH. From the moment we met Lauren and Chris we really felt they understood our needs, tastes and the normal sense of urgency on the timeline (like all reno jobs!). The design approach, coupled with the construction work, and the project management end to end, gave us such peace of mind throughout. There are many things that can go wrong in a reno project and there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes - so we were glad to have the OCH team was on top of it throughout and we didn't have to worry about much! We experienced timely and open communication, felt they were always responsive and we really enjoyed having the team in our home. I have to give an extra shout out to the custom carpentry work by Luke - it is unreal - we love our custom OCH vanity! Lauren and Erica's design work and selection of materials pushed our thinking in many ways, and coupled with our own ideas, we are so happy with our spaces.
