Terrible public relations ethics. If there was a star to press lower than 1 I would. Called to hold only packages knowing I was receiving them at all different dates. Did not receive mail for a week or so, when I called the reply was there was nothing for me. Now about 3 weeks later come to find out not only packages there but mail they so called deny being held. The Post Master took it upon herself to change from just packages but to all including mail because they stated they just don't do packages has to be all or nothing. Post Master did not think that the recipient (me) of this mail would be waiting for it, she decided to change it but no notification of the change to me. No package notifications were given and nobody seemed to know what the eck is going on in this post office but excuses to why they are right. Now bills 3 weeks late because of the Post Master Carla's decision to not notify customer of change cost me dearly from bills not expected. Poor public communication. Oh as I stated I would put a complaint in the comment to me was " who are you going to complain too". Wow

The best I've ever been too! Known employees for the past 20 years. They are all great, helpful, knowledgable, (in a lot of things, not just the USPS). A pleasure to do business with!

I live in a small town. Everyone in the post office knows everyone in town. Most of the time there aren't any problems because if you have one they will address it right away. Unlike if you live in a big city that has a very busy post office they don't have the time to offer you the personal attention you need like you get in a small town post office.
