        5/19 3:25pm. The girl on the mic was extremely quiet, I couldn't hear (keep in mind I'm 21 and have good hearing. It was not my end being the issue). I asked if she could turn it up and she was extremely rude. I apoglized and she wasn't having it. I left, not going to pay for food being made by angry and upset people.

        This location was training new staff. The woman learning to take orders was visibly frustrated that she could not learn quicker. She hesitated to ask questions. I think she will do awesome if she relaxes a little and stops being so hard on herself.

        Its Bk ,even when busy my last few "meals" have been COLD. Usually wouldn't waste my time with a bk review. But having multiple COLD food fales. Here we are.
