We contacted Ken through an attorneys search website and he was the only one who reached back out... And he did so within just a few hours. We chatted about our need to create a revocable trust for me and my wife. Ken was able to clearly explain the benefits, the differences from a will, and the costs. Not only that, but we were able to get our trust finalized and signed in his office along with all required witnesses and notary. Ken sent us copies of the trusts and also keeps copies of the original, putting us at ease in case we lose ours. Ken also made it clear that he'll be available to offer advice on any questions we had related to the trust, including how to move assets into the trust. Lastly, Ken gave us a checklist that we use to determine when and how assets get reassigned to the trust, which was immensely helpful. Ken knows his stuff, and we've recommended him several times now and will continue to do so in the future.
