Madison is the best in the business. I switched to them for my organization 3 years ago and haven't looked back.

Highly unethical company in how they do business. Make sure you have a good lawyer to draft up and agreement with them as otherwise whatever you discuss with their sales reps won't end up in the contract and you'll end up in legal mumbo jumbo. I would not do business with them as there are 100s of better options out there that offer better terms, support without shady business practices.

I am a client of Madison Resources, and they are the absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I use them company wide and I pay them to keep information and nothing else?? They cannot do payroll, track PTO, adjust invoices (without me literally typing it out for them), hold W2 information, communicate with anyone or another system. My company pays them a lot of money for them to not do anything. Poor internal workers, nasty attitudes and all around just a joke. We are in talks with another company thank goodness but I do not recommend them to anyone. There are better software systems out there.
