Portsmouth Internal Medicine

I have been sick with pneumonia for a week and a half. The doctor is not there most the time I call. when I wait for her to call back because she is giving me the wrong medicine. It takes another whole day. The nurse doesnt call back its absolutely horrendous that you can feel so horrible and no one really cares, Dr seems very young and inexperienced !!!

This practice has become totally ridiculous in the way it handles phone calls and wait times.obviously staff are stressed and it shows in thier customer service levels. DO NOT EVER SAY, your going to go to thier office to get a problem fixed as they view that as a theat.its unfortunate thier ability to understand patients issues has totally been forgotten.

What a nightmare! Doc changed 4 times in one year. They stopped taking my insurance but didn't inform me until after I had an appointment. Phone message at one point said something to the effect of, "Our phones don't work. Come to the office if you want to talk to us." They are a disaster area.

The phone has been out of order for over 2 months! How on earth can a medical office operate when I can't reach the office or the doctor.

Completely ridiculous. I had a procedure done a month ago and zero follow up. I have been calling for a month but their phones have been down. Besides no one taking the time to actually follow up with a diagnosis they couldnt provide a temporary number for assistance? Instead a voicemail instructed you to drive to the office! Definitely do not recommend and I have changed my primary. And now that their phones are working again, still no follow upClearly with their phones down no one cared enough to take the initiative to contact me
