We are a small natural foods store in the Upper Valley of the Connecticut River. Prospect Communications began working with the Upper Valley Food Co-op to print our quarterly newsletter. That experience alone was what sold us on their merit. They made it easy to set up the printing, elicit a quote and print our product. The turnaround was super quick and guided by friendly, capable hands. It became clear that Prospect had a great deal more to offer. They guided us through the process of revamping our cumbersome and outdated website. They took on the design role while preserving the voice of our business by methodically rebuilding the site with our direct input and editing along the way. They continue to affordably service our website, as we do not have the skilled staff to do this and they are available to do the periodic fixes that come up. As a marketing group, Prospect has a keen eye for understanding who we are as a business. They effectively tease out our self-identity and desired image to project, free of opinions that do not align with our objectives. The folks there ask a lot of questions and listen carefully to reflect what they are hearing. They could be Life Coaches! Finally, we want to say simply that Prospect is a great organization to work with. They have affordable rates for printing and consulting. They give fast, friendly service. Prospect is always available to answer our questions, to take on the details that our small organization cannot provide the staffing or experience for, and they can print everything we need in a way that we need it. They are a relief to work with as they never try to make us go anywhere we are not ready to go.
