Apple Ridge Apartments

The building looks great! Beautiful view from the apartments large windows! There is a 2nd building finished and a 3rd being built. The rent has been raised twice since i moved here but rent in general in the region has gotten so high that Apple Ridge apartments are still more affordable then any of the same size in the Rochester/Somersworth area and in better condition then anything in Rochester thanks to being very new still and having a great maintenance guy who is often around and always helpful!!

Apple, "Fees" Ridge. This place sure loves their fees. 50 dollar fee for walking improperly. 15 dollar fee for existing. 100 dollar fee fee for fees. 25 Dollar fee for eating. Ok, all jokes aside. This place loves charging fees, when it takes them FOREVER to fix anything in a building. Hey, I got an idea! How about we charge YOU fees for being late fixing things. 100 dollar fee every time your elevator doesn't work. 100 Dollar fee for every time your door doesn't work. 250 dollar fee for never fixing the washing machines. 100 Dollar fee for never cleaning the washing machine filters? How about a 300 dollar fee every time you waste our time with the above annoyances. In short, do better The Hodges Companies. You make it feel like we live in a prison. Every time we see mail from you, which is far too often; you make us worry before we open it. Real comfy, eh?

The property management company is a joke. We have been through 3 different property managers in the span of a year, they do not perform maintenance in anything remotely resembling a timely manner, and they are extremely difficult to work with. Every notice they ever give about anything at all is written like a riddle asked to you by a troll (The Hodges Companies) who will prevent you from crossing a bridge until you give them the right answer. Except instead of not letting you cross a bridge, theyll just tow your car without any warning despite having your phone number on file and knowing where you live and then charge you $250 for THEIR inconvenience. The only thing this company loves more than money and random inspections with very short notice is making their tenants suffer. Avoid this place at all costs, you will regret it. Also, I dont know who Tom Townsend is but I would imagine he is affiliated with the property management company considering he left two different 5 star reviews. You cant give a 10 star review Tom, pick one or the other.
