    I had a rather frustrating experience with this auto parts store. I initially ordered a rear door for my black Hyundai, but to my surprise, I received a light blue door instead. However, that wasn't the most frustrating part of this ordeal. What really irked me was that I was never informed about this color discrepancy until an entire week had passed, and I had already paid for the door, installation costs, and waited for people to complete the installation. It was only then, when I saw a sky-blue door on my black car, that I realized the issue. Throughout this process, the store had multiple opportunities to be transparent about the situation, but they chose not to disclose the color difference, which I found to be incredibly disrespectful and aggravating. They didn't inform me when I initially placed the order, when the door arrived, on the morning I dropped off my car, or when I picked it up. I was completely shocked to discover the mismatched door on my "finished" car. To make matters worse, their recommendation was, "I couldn't find a black door, so feel free to paint it yourself." This response left me feeling scammed and frustrated. My question is, why didn't they communicate this issue from the very beginning, so I could have explored other options or alternative auto shops? Instead, I had to rely on a neighbor to paint the door black on the same day, incurring additional expenses and wasting more of my time and energy. My car now looks even worse after his recommendation. If time could reverse, I just hope I had never walked into this place. This whole experience has left me with a sour taste, and I have no intention of returning to this store. This kind of disrespectful and unprofessional conduct is simply unacceptable. I will never recommend this place to anyone at all due to this distressed experience.
