Pastor Tate is very consistent in nature . He walks and talks like a man of God. He possesses a voice that keeps your attention yet doesn't make you feel like you're being barked at. He delivers his sermons at a pace that is easily digestible. Yet won't put you to sleep. I find him to be a very approachable gentleman. He appears to be knowledgeable about his flock and has their best interest at heart . One thing I like about Mr Tate is he always gives you what you need. But what I love about Mr Tate is he never gives you what you want. I believe upper management follows these same practices. Sincerely Jimmy Hassen
