The facility may be ok but the receptionist has the worse attitude and customer service skills I have ever seen for someone in a medical field. She lacks compassion overall. No effort made to actually help customers or go out of her way to find any answers for them or even supply a phone number for someone who can answer questions. It's not HER problem. Very unwelcoming and rude. Fresenius should be ashamed.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I'd give their practice NO stars if that was a valid option. The nurses and techs at times are very unprofessional, where they have emotionaly charged arguments right in front of the patients. The techs all talk about one another and are always going on about how unprofessional the practice is as a whole. You're lucky if the Dr is willing to spend more than 2 minutes with you when they do their rounds.....its a complete nightmare of an experience! I urge you to seek care elsewhere if you would like to be treated with compassion and care!

it is like a bar room, people yelling and one staff member rooting it all on. It is terrble on second shift. There is no consideration for others. A short curley hair person with many years is part of the problem. All they talk about is drinking alcohol. I'm writing this for others also. There is a tribe of loadmouths that have no respct for no one else. Never seen so much chaose in a dialysis center before. Something needs to be done. I think the charge nurse is doing the best she can, but feels overwhelm by these three people and a couple of staff. It is unbelievable. Never has it been so bad! Rene was able to shut this BS down fast. Anonymous

The medical staff is very professional and a 5 star group. My concern is the receptionist. She does not crack a smile for new guests and attending family members. My thoughts are she probably creates barriers between the client and attending family member. I asked her to pass on a simple message to my dad and her comment was a very curt†I’ll tryâ€, she rolled her eyes at me. I had not met this lady ever in my life before that few seconds. She would not let me back in the treatment area after I stepped out( which I understand!!) but the very least she could have done was to pass a message onto my dad so he wouldn’t worry about where his daughter is.
