        Kind of a disappointing visit... All the historical sections of the fort have been vandalized or heavily graffitied... Nothing has been preserved and seems to just have been locked up and forgotten by the state. I do not know what the $4 admission fee goes towards in this park but it most definitely does not go into the maintenance and upkeep of the fort. The only part of the fort that has been at least somewhat taken care of is battery 204 which stands right next to the seacoast science center. The science center was definitely a pleasure to visit and very much worth while and support.
