We recently renovated/ rebuilt an older run down home in Chelmsford. When we decided to sell, we chose Donna as our agent. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. She saw our vision before completion, gave great suggestions and was very easy to work with. The house went under contract in 3 days, over asking price, and closed in 3 weeks.
