If I could give Kevin 10 stars I would. Best realtor this side of the Mississippi! I have had the pleasure of working with Kevin for 2 home purchases and 1 home sale. The process was so incredibly smooth and the man bends over backwards for people. Some of the best qualities Kevin possesses is his ability to be open and honest. If there is something he notices about a property he speaks up and if you have any questions he is on the phone or drafting emails to get you that information. He truly has the customers best intentions in mind. The man is never in a bad mood and is always quick to crack a joke. Anytime I know someone buying or selling a house he is the only name I give. If I ever am in the market to buy or sell again it would not even be a question of whom I would go with KEVIN GETTINGS!!
