The man working here named bob, is completely arrogant and has terrible customer service skills. Last weekend when I was bathing my dog I was asked why I was still in there and told theres a time limit which there in fact isnt and he proceeded to tell me he hates cleaning the dog wash area. As someone who lives on a farm i like to give my pups a bath once a week, i returned this week and was told by bob the wash room is closed cause people disrespect it and hes glad seeing he dislikes cleaning it and it makes him smell like a wet dog.

my issue is also with Bob. last week went in to give my dog a bath,when i walked in i asked bob if i had to pay first he said yes and i was hoping no one would use it tonight i have to clean it... so i went on my way to start the bath,i was in thete for 10 mins he comes in and say your still in here... i said yeah why is there a time limit he said well no,i said i know i looked before hand.while giving my dog his bath bob was in back and i could hear everyhing he said with his very loud mouth, they have been in there a long time etc when i was done he said about time to another employee that he was also annoying the heck out of who told him she didnt need to hear from the peanut gallery. His skills are not good at all you dont like your job leave. he isnt funny in any kind of way. i will be in next week hope he isnt there.
