Would not recommend. Representation started very well and soon went dramatically wrong. Paperwork was not filed, was never notified of scheduled hearings. I was only represented for one hearing and paid $4000.00 retainer. James did have health issues that was understandable. I waited for months to receive billable hours to try and justify the retainer. I haven't been provided my case file or the correspondence to confirm anything. James cost me more than just money.

I called a couple days ago and no one has responded to my call. Im giving three stars for the benefit of the doubt. If I dont receive a phone by Tuesday then itll be a 1 star review. Edit: I thank you for the update and I am very sorry to hear about what you are going through. I assumed there were other people in the office.
