White Mountain Pool & Spa

I want to start by saying what a Stand up company white mountain pool & spa is. I bought a dream maker hot tub in the summer of 2021, there were a couple issues with the control panel early on (all under warranty ) white mountain was right there to fix the issue, then this past early November I had a slow leak , once again White mnt came right out, after some investigation Duncan determined there was a crack in the shell near the filter, I was told the shell was still under manufacturers warranty . After some going back and forth with the manufacturer and throw in a couple holidays, Duncan informed me that Dream Maker wasnt going to stand behind there product .. but he said dont worry, Dave (the owner of White Mountain Pool & Spa) is going to with-in a couple days I had a new hot tub, thanks to Duncan (who did all the leg work ) and Dave who stood behind what he sells.

We have been using White Mountain for years to open and close our pool (also a pool heater purchase/install years ago), so when it was time for a Hot Tub, they were first on our list! Between the helpful woman that first helped us in the shop find the right one, the professional and smooth delivery from Ben (and another gentleman), and Dave swinging around for the tutorial, we couldn't have been happier. I would highly recommend White Mountain for your pool and hot tub needs, thank you all!

Very informative staff! Being a first time pool owner they were able to guide us through all the tough times. They helped us from getting the correct filtration all the way to opening the pool with chemicals. They are all very pleasant to talk with and gain knowledge.
