I was at the end of laying down Ditra underlayment. Had one 2 foot strip, 11 ft long left. It would have meant cutting into a new roll. Schulter suggested a local supplier that might sell by the linear foot. The staff was very friendly and didn't question what I was up to. They were about to cut into a new roll when I saw a piece I could use. Slightly short, but it worked. Basically saved the day!!

Careful who you deal with. We brought in a sketch of the backsplash area of our kitchen. They calculated the amount of materials we needed. As it turned out, they more than doubled the amount of material actually needed. When we tried to return the unused/unopened boxes, we were told we could not return them. It was their error, yet they did not honor their mistake. We feel they intentionally did that for the purpose of additional sales volume. Now we are stuck with over $100.00 dollars of materials we have no need for. Very deceitful practice. We prefer to deal with more honest people. Update to my original review. There was a misinterpretation on my part of the return policy of the product, not through any fault of Tri-City Masonry. Having a recent discussion with Connor, the business owner, we discussed what transpired, and what factors may have led to the misunderstanding. Connor took the initiative and we came to an amicable and favorable solution. All is good and as in the past I will continue to do business with Tri-City Masonry.
