        Not having seen a dentist for sometime it was pretty good. Very busy. Was a little uncomfortable with their explanations and didn't agree with their plans priority. It seemed very focused on having a total proposed plan right up front with a lot of cost out of pocket. I am taking them according to my priority with only one at a time. Also no explanation was given as to why the cleaning is broken out into two steps, one side then the other side. Always my cleanings have been done on one day. They would have co-copys for both.

        The receptionist and dental assistant were very pleasant, however the emergency visit with the dentist was very quick and not productive. X-rays were taken and understandably, there was a bit of work to be done. The urgent issue was not addressed and instead I was urged to make another appointment as if this was a consult. I was highly encouraged to have my wisdom teeth removed also which Ofcourse increased the cost of the visit. I had not planned to and would consider it at a later date but the dentist insisted on doing this. I was given a treatment plan that included everything that they planned to take care of over a course of MANY visits that came to a total of $3,400 $2,500 of which was due upfront prior to anything being done and 60% of the remainder due at booking with insuranceMy urgent issue was not addressed, the visit lasted a whole 15 minutes, and if anything, I left feeling less optimistic about addressing said issue. With all that being said, Ive already booked an appointment with another dentist and hope to finally get everything straightened out. Needless to say, this is my second negative experience with Aspen Dental and after being hesitant to go back I will certainly not be giving a third chance.
