I was looking to buy some land up in the lakes region of NH. First thing I had to do is find a Realtor that would represent me. In my research, Maxfield Realty came up as an agency that has tons of experience in what I was looking for. I sent them an email and a response was promptly received. From then on out I had to pleasure of working with Susan and Kristina. We looked at several land plots first hand and discussed other online listings. I have to say it was an absolute pleasure working with them. They were friendly, professional, responsive and knowledgeable. We started the process late fall and into winter. It seemed every time we looked at a plot of land, it was raining or freezing out. They were there with me walking through snow and mud, sleet and rain. One property the selling Realtor even asked if they could leave, while Susan and Kristina never even complained one bit. I knew I had made a good choice. I cant say enough about how their knowledge of the various areas helped me find a great plot of land that I hope to build my home on in a few years. They knew the good locations and really dug into researching various properties that I had interest in. They had contacts with people so I could find someone to do a PERC test, provided me with a list of Title Closing companies etc. They went above and beyond what I was used to getting with Realtors and buyers agents in the past. I would recommend Maxfield Realty, and feel grateful to have met and worked with Susan and Kristina. They made the whole process fun, and were with me to the end at closing.
