        The Verizon store on Glenwood Ave in Bloomfield. Thursday March 28. I was in the store at around /pm and could not have received better service and a kinder saleswoman than I did. She was absolutely unbelievably and knew her job inside and out. I forgot to ask her name but I would highly recommend this store and this particular person if you need assistance. I cant say enough good things about the experience

        Elijah Rivers is a great employee , and hes good at multitasking. However its ridiculous on the fact that he has to do it in the evenings . Been here multiple times and its long to wait to get serviced for the simplest things because its ONLY him working. This is how employees get burnt out, he needs help for the evening hours . Unfair to have 3-4 sometimes 5 customers here patiently waiting just for ONE rep . 5 stars for Elijah
