Open Road of Bridgewater

I purchased a used car which I explained I'm paying (cash) and wanted a deal. I got the vehicle and they left SO MANY things out! No tire wheel lock, No mats in the car, needs tires and not even 2 sets of keys. The rep wasn't willing to adjust or help in any way whereas I only asked for an additional key fob which I was told they can just cancel the deal or i can purchase a warranty to get 1 fob per year free. I brought someone who was interested in a Benz but they wouldn't even entertain this place as an option! Not sure how the locals feel about this place but coming from out of town, I would never come here AGAIN!

Absolutely abysmal customer service, our car was parked there for three weeks awaiting inspection and they didnt even think about touching the car, which was a huge inconvenience. You should be ashamed of yourself for asking for money when you did no workmay you reap what you sow

Went to replace a windshield. Had to call back a few times to get the right person in service that was working on my car. Sent pictures waiting for a response to get a quote. Work started without a proper quote given to me. Was told it would take 2 days but took 4. Got a call car was ready and went to get it. Tested the wiper and it didnt work properly. The tech pulled a wiper off a loner and installed it on my car. Expressed my concerns and was told I would get a call back. No one called me. Hopefully someone calls.
