Route 23 Nissan

A salesman by the name of CJ called me multiples times confirming that a certain 2021 White Nissan Rouge was available. Yesterday, I met with him @ 12 noon and instead of giving me a courtesy call to let me know that it was sold. I wasted my time and gas was informed it's no longer available. Really? He tried to talk me into 3 others that had accident reports. Really? This dealership likes playing games. I walked out an Office Manager by the name of Joe informed me that he would get the truck on the lot tomorrow. I felt I'm dealing with dishonest people. RUN!!!! A waste of your time.

We came to Performance Nissan to renew leases on 2 vehicles. Zain helped make it such an easy transaction. They worked with us on our budget and were very fair in the end. I definitely recommend them if youre looking for a new Nissan.

THE WORST! They sold me a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle with tires so bad, one blew three days after I purchased it. There was no spare (which I had been promised) and the wheel lock keys I was given didn't work. When I took the car for an oil change 9 months later (because it was included with my purchase) they told me I needed $1,600 worth of maintenance. My local auto repair said all it needed was to flush the cooling system. Total cost: $174.
