Well, I just heard on the news that a property yall manage in West Philadelphia on VINE OR RACE ST aDOES NOT have any hot water. What are yall gonna do about this, Mayor Parker, The city needs to take over. This is not acceptable. I dont even live there and I feel some type away. I heard elderly people on the radio stating they havent had hot water FOR MONTHS. Michaels Organization This is NOT acceptable youre going to be sued. WHO owns that property. I need more KYW on this.
Our elderly have been through too much to be subjected to this they should not, I mean, not be subjected to this type of lack of care.

They leave a paper on the door on Friday March 22 2024 saying that the maintenance people are going to be here to inspect and change the furnace filters and do an inspection and to see if there's anything that needs to be fixed no one never showed up on March 29th of 2024 which was Good Friday I have been living at this place since 2017. For the last 2 years maintenance is not good you leave messages and they don't get back with you and they don't do their job right I have been sick with upper respiratory infection allergies I've asked for my furnace filter to be changed a couple of months ago and they have not been changed I do not know what to do I do not know if they have maintenance or not and there are other issues that I need fixed too this is getting frustrated cuz I am so sick waking up like this every morning clearing my throat coughing up stuff and not feeling good all day the place that I'm talking about is orchard place apartments I don't know if they have maintenance or not but stuff is not getting fixed I thought we were supposed to have inspection but nobody came they put flyers on the door nothing is getting done I am so sick of this air quality in my apartment that I am coughing up stuff so bad that it is not funny anymore every morning I feel like I cough I feel like I have blood in my cough too. An idea of other health issues too. Before the company got bought out they were doing a really good job coming around expecting an apartment changing the filters then this company comes along and nothing is getting done at all

The actionsor rather, the inactionof The Michaels Organization concerning the 185 historic army homes at Fort Leavenworth are deeply concerning. These homes, which stand as silent witnesses to the rich tapestry of our military and national history, dating back to the 1800s, are now facing the threat of demolition. This decision is not just a removal of structures; it is an erasure of history, a blow to the heritage that shapes our national identity.
Under a 50-year lease agreement, The Michaels Organization was entrusted with the care and preservation of these homes. Yet, the current state of disrepair speaks volumes about their neglect and the apparent prioritization of profit over preservation. The term 'demolition by neglect' has been used to describe their approach, and unfortunately, it seems apt. Historic homes, including The Rookeryamong the oldest occupied homes in Kansashave been allowed to deteriorate to a point where demolition becomes the seemingly only viable option.
What is particularly galling is the claim of high maintenance costs as a justification for this demolition plan. It is a for-profit organization's responsibility, especially one granted the stewardship of such historically significant properties, to explore all avenues for preservation. This includes seeking federal and state grants, engaging with historical societies, and leveraging tax incentives for historic preservation.
Moreover, the lack of transparent communication and engagement with the Fort Leavenworth community and the broader public is unacceptable. The potential demolition of these homes has sparked outrage and sadness among locals and history enthusiasts alike, highlighting a gross disregard for community values and the historical significance of these properties.
The Michaels Organization's handling of this matter reflects poorly on their commitment to historical preservation and community engagement. It undermines trust and raises questions about their suitability as stewards of such an important part of our national heritage.
I urge The Michaels Organization to reconsider their approach and to engage openly and earnestly with the community, historical preservation experts, and government entities to find a path forward that honors and preserves the historical significance of Fort Leavenworth's historic homes. Failure to do so not only tarnishes their reputation but also inflicts a lasting wound on our historical landscape, one that can never be undone.

This place is the worst. The problem is Michael organisation's are I'n partnership with various states funded programs Most of there contracts are state funded.
They don't care, they don't even pay their Contractors that have business relationship with, them to renovate fix repairs or rebuild. so I see why there are so many complaints.
There not paying there sub contractors to work efficiently.
There organization is unacceptable & unethical the nerve to follow up with A1 response to all these people complaints.
Why would people want to work for this company or even live In any property they manage..across states.
It's time to reach out to the State you live in with complaints outside of Michael's.."Political "
They don't care about the people or community they lie about in there Bio pr policies
..it's recycle of bad business for years,.
I feel bad for. all of you, but honestly the big wigs don't, they go home to their Beaitiful Estates & Beach homes, golfing not worrying at all..
Many of your complaints are about managment Its difficult for the managers in the office at the sites to do anything, because the CEO, EXECUTIVES, . SHAREHOLDERS don't care.
That's why there are no managers on site and you never get called back concerning your complaints
...The managers get tired lying to people when it's out of their hands or level of approval.

The ceo & the executives never read none of these complaints..
The people that gave them 5* are inside people if you notices their lies.
Look at their ratings 2 horrible it would be even lower if people could rate them a 0 !
