      image This company is horrendous. There is only one customer service rep that answer their calls and she just tells me she can't help because with my water issue. I reported a water shutoff valve in the street that is leaking. tech come out, create ticket, said a team will be out to replace valve. Called today to customer service and she could not tell me anything. requested a call back from a supervisor and was told she wouldn't know who to ask to call me back. What kind of company is this? I would give negative ratings if I could
