        Gia and her team are by far the best customer service team for td anywhere around here, theyre the benchmark for which all tds should be ran. I always come in here and Ive never had a bad experience, they gave my kids little footballs and an elf hat. While they were waiting for me, in a world full of Karens be a GIA!

        Poor customer service. Every month an issue with this bank. This local branch doesnt pick the phone up and doesnt return the calls ( I left 3 messages one week ago and never got anybody to call me back).

        Can't say enough good about this particular branch of TD. Everyone that works here is incredibly professional and polite. As a small business owner, I could not be more happy with this branch handling my financials. Ms. Nicole Simmons could not lead a more professional and dilligent team.         In that branch they treat the person by face and if you are not from high society or they do not like them, they treat them badly. I recommend you go to another bank so you don't have a bad time.
