        Building and grounds are kept clean. Parking included. The area is ok. Liquor store on corner can attract particulars. Apts are spacious w high ceilings. Two full baths. Lots of natural light. Close to Brick Church station. Short ride into city. Maintenance was attentive. The floors/ appeared to not be well insulated. You will hear everything. At times, it can sound as if someone is walking in your apt. I would suggest getting a top floor apt. Although Building manager and maintenance will address any concerns. Packages/deliveries, like anywhere else these days, were often stolen. For the price compared to others, it's a decent option.
