Update: Taylor is very nice and was understanding of my needs, and understood my position why I didn't feel the premium offer was sensible for me specifically..
2nd update: I did find insurance that was 1/6 the premium price that York jersey offered me, with more coverage and amazing customer service! And the same category! So.. thanks supervisor for treating me the way you did. I avoided this for a way better company and customer service. I knew what I was talking about. Don't jump for the first offer, because there are other options. As I knew there was.
Experience:
While they couldn't offer me a premium that fits my needs.. which was understandable initially. I hope other clients don't get treated nasty nice by one of the supervisors.
I explained my reasoning for declining the premium and was responded to by a supervisor of the company. Who I was not working with in the first place.. which he basically stated I had no idea what I was doing and they knew what they were talking about. .. including about my product..I beg to differ. And so do many other people. Just because you boast about having semi large clientele, doent mean you're the best. And thats pretty assuming,.. when your rep stated they never dealt with my product before.. so how would you know? Based off others similarities? No. I'm my own company, not a number. So that answer says a lot.. And I'd think if I would offer to come back at a later time.. you'd be respectful and just understand my declining. Not send a nasty nice email because... well I guess because I stated facts. And I'm really honestly relieved that I did not move forward. Who knows what other treatment I would have gotten. Just because I declined to work with the premium.
And if you have so many clientele. What gives the need to send a email trying to downgrade me..or whatever you were trying to do ..after my simple declining? It should have just been left alone. Isn't there other business to attend to? That's a little concerning..
I was hoping to partner with someone that would work with my business. I dont believe it will be this specific agency.
Someone will treat me kindly and help me, work side by side.. someone would love to be a reason of a success story that help people. Too bad it was squandered over an email that should have never been sent. Im really highly disappointed. I was expecting better behavior.
At the end of the day, Taylor was great and so was a few other people I talked to. Just not one of the supervisors. But oh well.
Like I tell everyone, sometimes true colors show when doing business.
