        Had a scheduled appointment for 1130 for tires, was told it was going to take 1.5hrs and that they would call me when the car was done. After 3 hours I still hadnt heard anything so I called them and was told they hadnt even started to work on my vehicle and that it would be 1.5hrs from whenever they start it. Do not recommend, find another more reliable store

        This little corner shop is a hidden gem. I've been to all the other repair shops around town and non of them can hold pep boys jock strap. The employees in there are freaking amazing. They all went out of their way for me. They even find you coupons and discounts not normally there. There's also no b.s. they only fix what you ask them too. Beware of mavis ..... just go to this little pep boys shop. The employees alone make it the best shop in Eatontown.
