        I delayed getting hearing aids for fear of the experience being aggravating & ultimately disappointing. Now, after consulting with ASHADA about what I needed & how to use the devices I purchased, I regret putting this decision off. Ali Buckley has been consistently understanding & supportive.         Dr. Ali is not only the best audiologist, but she is one of the most kind and compassionate doctors I have ever met. My dad has had hearing issues for the past few years and had a bad experience with hearing aids in the past. Dr. Ali listened to his concerns and found him the hearing aids that worked best for him. What struck me the most was when she mentioned how isolated my dad must feel, and I realized that she truly cared for her patients. She is so kind and I would highly recommend her! I also cant forgot MaryAnn at the front desk who basically became my buddy as we wrestled with the insurance company for weeks at a time. She has an endless amount of patience and she even stayed at the office a few minutes late so that I could come in and grab my dads hearing aids right away rather than wait a whole day.
