Today going to this location to cash a check under this bank, my experience wasnt that pleasant. Started off feeling welcomed then it went down hill. Walking up to the desk. desk clerk (a) hello how are you ? Me and partner : were here to cash a check. Desk clerk (a) do you have an account with us. Me and partner: no were just here to cash this check. Desk clerk (a) we will have to charge you a fee? Me and partner: thats fine Desk clerk (a ) why dont you cash this with your bank ? Do you live around here ? Me and partner : this check is made out for here. Yes Desk clerk: we dont have enough money in our accounts to give you this, we can send you else where. If I give you this money, I cant give other people their money I can call other banks to see if they can do this but we cant Me and partner : look at each out of confusion, but why can you take the money out ? Desk clerk a) we dont have enough money, we do not have big bills. Me and partner: us okay thats fine we dont mind smaller bills. Desk clerk a then comes out, talks to colleges about situation. Cathy was really nice and passionate, after us being pushed on her she said that they had small bills and they can make the transfer through the smaller bills. Cathy then take us back to the desk clerk (a) and told her to continue the process with smaller bills. We thanks Cathy and continue to work with desk clerk (a) Desk clerk still express to us how they dont have the money and she doesnt understand why shes taking it out and they didnt have it.. Just for just to leave with what we ask for. My point is when noticing a people that dont love what they do or cant keep their own judgement to themselves . There are haters and lights in this world. If you cant help everyone or figure it out, you shouldnt be in a field with All ethnicities. But thanks again Cathy with the frog case DESK CLERK (A ) .. mmmmmmm idk but do better !

I want to bank here because it's across the street from my home but I get a lot of people saying they experienced racism. I just want to know do anyone from the Hispanic or black community vouch that they have a great experience with this bank before I go open a account
