I bought a drone from this company, I had a problem with drone, I call them I mail them they are not helping me at all since 2 weeks Im texting them Im tired guys sorry to say it but they are just selling stuff they dont care after

Hands down the worse company you can possibly work with.
I do not understand how they are able to sell items in the Walmart market place. My package was stolen and there was absolutely nothing they will do about it to refund you or replace it. They will tell you to wait 7-10 business days. Just to tell you that they cant do anything. On top of that they want a police report on this when its already past two weeks no which I find literally no point in. What could a police report for something that happened two weeks ago can do? Nothing They will just stall until it gets to a time where its already too late.
This company is a scam do not shop here or trust these people. They will steal your money.
Update: Someone from their customer service team saw this review and reached out and provided the proper resolution to this whole situation. I was very pleased but this situation could have been avoided and I still went through alot of stress with this company as it was a very expensive purchase and being down that amount of money with no item or refund was not pleasant.
