I had the good fortune to find Unexpected Creation and have Don and his team upgrade my car with a new Sony head unit and add backup camera. Similar installations in an 18 years old German convertible such as mine are known to be complicated and only a professional like Don can do it so neatly and beautifully. Don was great throughout the process answering all my emails with great details, accommodating my requests and last-minute schedule change. The shop is meticulous and the waiting room is comfortable and very clean. Will be back with any audio need to Unexpected Creation. It is rare to find such professionals that are also so kind and reasonable. I can guarantee you will not regret selecting Unexpected Creations.

Hands down the best shop for any automotive upgrades. I spoke to Don via email about my reverse camera not working and he gave me a date a few days later. When I arrived he brought me down to his waiting area and went to work. In a few minutes he thoroughly explained to me that my camera lens was the issue and told me my options. I decided I would contact the manufacturer of the camera and get a new one and told Don to leave everything as is. He did so and DID NOT even charge me for his time. I will definitely be coming back for speaker upgrades and remote start very soon.

Don was absolutely stellar from start to finish! He was extremely helpful over phone/email, transparent and reasonable with pricing, and, of course, did an excellent job installing a new Kenwood radio into my car.

I had purchased a subwoofer and was looking for an install. Unexpected has great customer service and are very friendly. I arrived really late, but was still well taken care of. Don is very knowledgeable on audio systems and gave me great advice for future upgrades. I definitely recommend them! 2/23/24: I returned again after receiving great customer service. This time we upgraded to an amplified DSP. My speakers are now clearer at louder volumes and my factory signal has been cleaned up from the DSP tuning. I look forward to the next steps with Don and his team to further improve the sound system in my car! 3/28/24: Yet again I returned to Don and his team to finish up the final steps of my build. Wow! Its sounds incredible. The added sound deadening to the doors help significantly with audio quality. I really can't thank Don and Steve enough for what they've done for me. I 100% no questions asked recommend their shop. Professional installations and exceptional customer service.
