        Terrible customer service spent a hour trying to get someone to ask a simple question.I was put on hold 7 times, customer service was useless they couldn't be bothered to get them to answer the phone. Then 0ut me on hold as well or simply didn't answer the phone.I realize your job sucks but on between pick up the phone.I realize that Sam's cl7h could care less about customer service,bu6 this is why people are switching to Costco. I sum up my experience with Freehold disgraceful .
