To get a refund back in cash they will fight you till the death for it. Absolutely ridiculous! Dont buy from GameStop unless you for sure know you dont want to return what you bought. They dont tell you that you only have up to 72 hours or something along those lines from purchased to return, and its not indicated on the receipts either. And GameStops customer service over the phone is a he said/she said ordeal. Youre fortunate to receive a great customer service representative that actually cares.

Blair was incredibly helpful. Me and my fianc had been looking everywhere for particular amiibos. I had called up and he was so happy to help and he put aside one of them for me even when I was right around the corner. When I got to the store he immediately greeted me and without even asking, he pulled up the other stores which had the other ones I was looking for in stock. I was so thrilled with the experience and my fianc was even happier to fill her collection. Thank you!

I bought a warranty for a year, I came for the warranty and did not receive new things, they said that they changed the plan and they no longer know the new one, I have to go somewhere to replace the used one
