The doctor did not examine my teeth for one of the problems I had gone to her for, or the cavity her hygienist identified on the x-rays. She recommended night guard while discussing another complaint of mine and went to fetch a sample but never returned. So while I was waiting for her to return and examine my teeth, she disappeared and started working on another patient apparently. I was then told she will call me to answer any questions I may have. I told the office staff of the situation but the lady stayed mum (had nothing to say or do about it). Anyways, I left. I wonder how she will answer my questions that require her to see inside my mouth over the phone (may be she has the technology to do so ). But regardless, the phone call never came. The hygienist was good though, and tried to cover up for the doctor's absence as a good employee.
