I previously worked at a Big Four accounting firm and received an email from Parker and Lynch. I received numerous recruiting emails weekly and would normally just delete, but was intrigued by the position and location. I reached out to the recruiter, Carly, and she was very responsive. Although she worked out of the Edison location, she was extremely accommodating and met me at a convenient location close to my home. Rather than just the typical email correspondence or phone call, Carly and Parker and Lynch, arrange a face to face initial meeting in order to gauge interest in the position and to discuss what I was looking for in my next career move. I did not feel that they were trying to fill a position, but rather were looking out for me and my best interests. The entire process was very simple and Parker and Lynch helped the entire way providing interview prep materials and being quick to respond to any questions that I had. I mainly dealt with Carly and Elisa and both were great and still reach out to check in and see how everything is going months later. I would highly recommend Parker and Lynch for anyone looking for a career move.
