Wow, such a bad experience there. I told the woman that my watch wasn't working it may be the battery. She jumped back and then told me we just sell. we don't fix. Considering I own 9 Michael Kors Mens watches and have been a loyal customer, I called to make a complaint. I haven't received a call back. If I can give no stars, I would.

Great experience overall, from Alyssa who was really professional and provided excellent customer service. Also, Sarwana the manager who provided excellent customer service w/ resolution. Thank you, for such a great experiences. Im now a loyal customer !!!

I visited the store to return an item I purchased online. I had never used it and it was my 3rd attempt at returning (previous attempts the store was closed before closing time.. I see others have noted that too).
This is when the nightmare begins.. it was supposed to be a 2 min task. The email I received said I could return in the store. The lady (her name is Sonal - including a picture of her) was extremely rude and had zero inclination to help. Said I have to call customer service and that she couldn't help me with the return! I tried to level set with her that look at the email it doesn't mention anything about calling the customer service. She wouldn't listen and kept saying there is nothing she could do.. I asked to talk to her manager and she says the manager left for the day ..
Horrible experience to say the least.. I'd rather take my business to a place where I'm valued as a customer. I'm never purchasing from Michael Kors and will advise all my friends and family to do the same. If we are spending hundreds of dollars, we might as well expect to have a decent experience. I get treated better at Targets and Walmarts for God's sake!!!
