I wish I could report them to the BBB THEY SELL THINGS CHARGE MORE MONEY, paid 6000, my sofa started sinking in 2 months , I called them they said they cannot do anything, just put foam and do quick fix, any problem call warranty and start a claim. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM

Walked into J&M to purchase furniture for my living room and I was greeted with only a Hello from a man behind a desk who was engaged in a personal phone call. As I walked throughout the store, never once did an employee approach me and ask me if I needed assistance with anything. What I did notice was a Russian lady demanding the supervisor to give her more of a discount (he already has given her $1,400 off her purchase), and the employees paying much attention to her. The lady also stated to the supervisor, I thought this was a Russian owned store! Tell them Im Russian! You need to do better! At this time, I figured no one cared for my business and told the employees, I guess no one wants to help me. Youre all worried about giving this women a discount instead of seeing if I would like to purchase an item. Ill take my business elsewhere. The same man who did a mere, Hello earlier replied, I guess I can help you if you want. Word to the wise - go where your business is welcomed because it is not welcomed here.

great selection of leather sectional. All furniture is pricey so bring your wallet, make sure it's full. Customer service is top notch. This will be my go to place for all my furniture needs.
