To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to recommend Betran Audio Center for their fantastic job in installing new hearing aids to my mother. Justin Lipp was extremely helpful with questions about my hearing aids including how to connect with my iPhone as well as using volume, filtering, And adjusting in each ear separately or together. He also provided extra filters and wax removal tool. All that in less than 20 minutes. Very satisfied
