Thanks for your review. We don't recognize your name as a customer but we assume you are the one we worked with on Black Friday trying to get your cancelled policy back. We are sorry that your policy got cancelled and couldn't be reinstated, even though we sent numerous reminders through letters, calls, voice messages, emails and text messages. We also feel for you that this happened even after you did all the repairs requested by the carrier. The back and forth took over 6 months, which exceeded what the carrier allowed for. We forward all messages from the carriers almost instantly for all customers. We are also sorry that you felt defrauded. We are born, educated and trained not to do that. There's no reason to defraud you. We lose revenue if a customer's policy is cancelled. It is not fair to call us that as for years we provide services with the most sincere honesty and diligence, as most of our customers can attest to that. We always put customers' interest first. We can't guarantee 100% of our customers are happy. It's just the nature of business. Most of the time are just messengers, we don't control what the carriers do.
