CVS Pharmacy

1/19 - 6:40 PM: Met a very rude rep at the drive-through pickup. She had no intention of answering my question and kept asking me to come inside the store. There was no one behind my car so its not like I was holding the queue. Not sure how my question could have been answered inside the store. Is there a magic machine they have inside which is not available for drive-through? Irrespective of anything, being rude to a customer is never ok. I have been a customer for more than 8 years not and I am seriously looking for alternatives to get my meds delivered for my family.

My experience at CVS is the best this is one of my favorite stores Danny the manager is a very good manager I enjoy talking to him

Love this CVS in Edison on Inman Ave. Pharmacy tech was very friendly at the window, answered all our questions and took her time going discounts. Very appreciative and very nice person she was. Thanks so much!

Poor systems support. Voice and web systems dont communicate with each other regarding order status. Received message that rx could be picked up only to find pharmacy was closed for lunch immediately after message was received
