Excellent care! The receptionist was so polite and friendly (the one with the Great Dane and Golden Retriever) - the doctor was so gentle given my toe was in pain and even called me back the next day when I asked what is something better I can take OTC other than tylonel because the pain was unbearable after removing a partially left toenail from another doctor. Dr. H is a solid 10 stars out of 5 stars. He was patient, gentle and explained everything so well.

I have been told by the office that Dr Roche is retired and I was seen by Dr Hochlander and here is my review about him: No ownership of problems, no timeliness I saw him for my ankle sprain and he redirected me for an MRI scan. To submit an insurance approval it took him more than 15 days, insurance declined, and to resubmit or get an X-Ray done, I had to follow up with him. I don't see the second approval submitted on the Aetna website. Two months since I saw him now and unless I call him and push him to go to the next steps, he doesn't move. I really doubt who gave him a doctor's degree and on what basis. I am extremely frustrated with his service.
