    The absolute worst shipping service. It arrives in NJ and then just sits there for days. I hate when I see a company shipped my item SmartPost. I know it will take forever to get delivered.

    I placed an order on December 22nd 2023. It got shipped on December 26. Original delivery date was December 30th. package had a Shipment exception on December 28th due to weather conditions which was understandable. The delivery date was still set for December 30th. No updated to the package. On December 30th when the day was over, the package went into delivery pending for a few days. Then I contacted the company that shippped my items and they told me if 10 business days have passed and theres no updates its considered lost. So then I started to see an update on my package on January 3ard. I saw an update that said the delivery date was set for January 5th which was today. The last update was January 3ard. today is January 5th and I havent gotten my package. then I get a notification/text saying my package has a rescheduled delivery date for Saturday instead of Friday. I ordered my items on the 22nd of December and its January 5th, Im growing very inpatient. there has been two 2 changed delivery dates. I contacted FedEx and they were no help. I was told that I have to contact the company that shipped out my package using smart post because they would have more information. I then contacted the company and I was told that FedEx is the one that handles my deliveries not them. FedEx has been going downhill lately. I used to trust FedEx but now I look at them like USPS. Very unreliable. I had lots of issues with FedEx in the past. So basically I have to wait un whenever they feel like delivering my package

    No other shipping is this slow. No other tracking is this dysfunctional. I will never by from Boscov's online again because they use this service. Zola sometimes uses this and it is horrible when they do, no updates arrival date disappears after being concerned it is coming while you are out and no updates on anything for several days. My recent package was supposed to be delivered on a Friday and doesn't appear any longer on Saturday. If you are cheap, just use USPS media mail, it would be cheaper and possibly faster! At least they don't lie about arrival dates everytime and then ghost the customer!

    Stop crying about you measles packages. If the freight market wouldnt be hiking diesel prices truck parts and up the a** and low pay many the you would get you package on time.
