Dr. Ana Cristina Laureano

Front desk person could not find my 1pm appt, she never once looked up at me, then after 5-6 minutes asked if I was a new patient. I responded yes and she said we aren't taking new patients until next month. She never inquired on the purpose for my visit or asked her reception desk colleague for help. The front reception gets a failing grade. And lost a new customer because of a very unprofessional person up front. Bob St. John

Dr. Laureano made my first visit to a Dermo less scary! Very patient, and kind, will answer everything and hear everything you have to say. Cant wait for future visits.

Definitely contact her again if your prescription did not work or you feel it is not helping. She is surprisingly reachable and more than willing to work with you and follow up in order to get a better treatment. ** The doctor is good, but the prescriptions did not work. She sent me a cream to use in my face for acne that ended up costing my insurance $500. That used up so much of my anual benefits and did not work at all...**

I saw Dr. Laureano back in July 2021for my dermatitis, Ive have never met someone like her so kind, sweet, smart and most important HUMBLE. I highly recommend her as she knows her specialty
