The experience with R&F is too long for me express at this moment. One recommendation is DO NOT GET THE INSURANCE with R&F they are not honest. I paid over $1000 for all my furniture and they told me I have to get it replaced and no longer have insurance.. its a one shot deal.. this is after months of dealing with them. They told me they would call me back and didnt.. I bought over $10k in furniture.. I was planning on buying 2 bedroom sets, kitchen and dining after my house got renovated but they lost a customer.. never again To be fair, the staff with the exception of the woman manager are easy to talk with

do NOT waste your time, money, or energy by going into the showroom. Its always quicker, cheaper, and easier to purchase online I go incredibly far out of my way to give my sale to someone in the store to support local business. I do absolutely everything myself; I pick and measure and price everything. The sales associate does absolutely nothing of value for my purchasing experience except to complicate it and make me frustrated then, they have the AUDACITY to act as if theyre doing you some sort of favor by taking your money and giving you an attitude all through the process every. single. time. I regret it
