Nice rooms, comfortable. Front desk staff not very friendly nor very attentive. Waited over 5 mins before someone came to the desk for checkin and the gave the impression we were interrupting something. Google maps takes you to the rear door C instead of the front door for check in.

Booked a hotel room here prepaid and everything but when I got there with my family the lady just told me there was no room available, just like that. Called Expedia, they tried contacting the hotel but no one answered the phone.Then Expedia finally got me another hotel room.

terrible place un clean carpets & towels. they ran out of towels??? we didnt have any pillows & the staff was very rude.

Waiting 15 min for someone to come to the desk at 11 pm then there was no remote in the room. Called and she said she would bring one and never came. Smells and there's holes in the walls.

The level of service is falling, I was here for the second time, I wont be here again...
and breakfasts were canceled...(
